Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operator and members regarding the use of language learning services provided by the operator of Word Master NOTE (hereinafter "Service").
Article 2 (Membership Registration)
Members apply for membership by entering their email address, password, and nickname.
The operator may restrict membership registration in the following cases:
- When using another person's information
- When entering false information
- When there is a risk of significant disruption to service operation
Article 3 (Member Obligations)
- Members must securely manage their account information.
- Members must comply with relevant laws and these terms.
- Members must not interfere with others' use of the service or gain unauthorized access to the system.
Article 4 (Account Deletion and Re-registration Restrictions)
- Members may request account deletion at any time.
- Upon deletion, the account is immediately suspended from service use and logically deleted.
- Personal information of deleted members is retained for 1 month from the deletion date.
- Re-registration with the same email address is not allowed during the retention period.
- After 1 month, personal information is completely deleted in an irreversible manner.
Article 5 (Restriction on Registration for Users Under 14)
This service does not allow membership registration for children under 14 years of age.
Article 6 (Service Changes and Suspension)
The operator may change or suspend part or all of the service as necessary for service operation.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
The operator is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure such as natural disasters or server failures.
